Quick & Easy Technique

I was working on a card set today and couldn't find a sheet of Designer Series Paper that worked with the colour I was using, so I used an old technique to create my own.

All I needed was a piece of crumpled up waxed paper! What could be easier?!


This is a great technique because you don't need any special equipment. Just daub the waxed paper on the ink pad, and stamp it on your paper. Re-ink each time to make the bold images...


And then fill in with stamped off images...

You can use more than one colour (different pieces of waxed paper for each colour) but for my purposes I only wanted one.

Stamp Sets: Summer Afternoon (Hostess), Perfectly Penned
Ink: Garden Green, Early Espresso, Old Olive, More Mustard, Crumb Cake, Basic Black
Accessories: Delicate Doilies Sizzlits, In Colour Dahlias (Summer Starfruit), Watercolour Wonder Crayons, Aquapainter.
