A Pink Christmas Card

Hello again!

I've been busy the past month, travelling among other things, and I'm happy to be home and crafting again.

Today I have a card that I cased from a card I did a few years ago... and I still like the design.

The colours are somewhat non-traditional, at least the Primrose Petals card stock. The other colours used are Whisper White and Gumball Green. The Designer Series Paper is Snow Festival found in the Holiday Mini.

The ribbon is Primrose Petals Stitched ribbon and the embossing folder is Lacy Brocade.

The tree image is from the old reliable Lovely as a Tree, and the sentiment is from More Merry Messages.

Christmas Workshop

I'm getting so excited! Because I'm preparing for my Christmas Workshop!

We're going to make cards, and table favours, and gift items! We'll have treats, and Christmas music, and lots of fun! I hope you can join us - but the spots are limited to 8, so register early!!

CRAFTY CHRISTMAS WORKSHOP

Sunday, November 4

10 am - 3 pm

This workshop will include:

9 cards (3 each of 3 designs); 6 table favours; 1 double frame photo gift folder;

and 2 Hot Chocolate Gift packs.

The fee for the day is $60 and includes a light lunch.

All projects will be demonstrated and come with instructions, and multiple projects can be finished at home if not completed on the day.

Registration Deadline is October 26th. There are only 8 spots available.

Until then, here's a little Christmas treat box made from the retired Pillow Box die. The Silver and Champagne Glimmer Paper are so beautiful, they easily make any project special. I used the Snow Flurry Bigz die to cut out the snowflakes.

The Designer Series Paper is from the Snow Festival pack and the ribbon is the 1/2" Seam binding in Cherry Cobbler. I wrapped the top of the box with the largest of the Delicate Doilies Sizzlits and sponged the edges with Soft Suede.

The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and stamped with Cherry Cobbler. The tag is cut with the Lots of Tags Sizzlits, also sponged with Soft Suede.

A table set with pretty dishes and a table favour like this one at each place setting is so festive!

Finally Mine

These results are from the last kit I have to show - mine. And I didn't even make a set for myself so I don't know how I would have put it together.

But here are everyone else's:

I also chose the Orchard Harvest Designer Series Paper, Lucky Limeade, Raspberry Ripple, and Whisper White cardstock, my embellishments included the Lucky Limeade Ribbon, a Safety Pin, and the Raspberry Ripple Dahlias.
